Halloween and More....
The last couple weeks have been very funfilled and crazy for us! So, that is why this post is sooo long. But, hope you enjoy all the pics. We have hit many milestones and just had some fun.
Below is a picture of some blocks. Oh the power of blocks! We bought Zoey these blocks to use them as a potty training tool. Let me just say it worked very well. Each time she would go on the potty she would get a block. One block for pee and two blocks for poop. Zoey has basically been trained for a while, but as soon as Colston was here she insisted on wearing diapers and could care less about going in the potty. So, that is why we decided to do it this way. I highly recommend this tool for any of you out there trying to potty train. Now I am happy to say she is completely potty trained and loves to wear her big girl panties! Hooray!
Above is Zoey and colston just hanging out on our bed. Every morning Zoey comes in our room and watches cartoons on our bed while I feed Colston. Notice the princess underwear, she loves them. She loves to get her picture taken with her little brother.
All smiles.
Colston has smiling since day one. He has been smiling at us for the past month I would say. He loves to be talked to and tries so hard to talk back to you. This morning he has done very well at talking back and making all kinds of sounds. He is already so smart for a 2 month old!
Here is Zoey smiling for the camera.
Colston with grandma.
Zoey loved playing by the ducks at Gardner Village. She chased them all around. She was actually in a cranky mood when we got there, but once my mom bought her a whistle and she got to play with the ducks she was all happy!

Your OFF
Okay, this is a short one but I thought it was funny. Maybe you just had to be there.
The other day I was at my mom's house and we were just chatting and snacking. Well, Zoey was in the kitchen and noticed that my sister had eaten my dad's treat (I can't remember what it was) and so my mom told Zoey to go tell Aunt Kayli off for eating grandpa's treat.
Well, Zoey walked into the office where my sister was and says, "Kayli, your OFF for eating papa's treat!"
It was hilarious. It is funny how kids interpret things. She is a cutie and it is those moments where I forget what a little stinker she can be.

Random Pics
These are just some random pics that I have taken recently of the kids. They are both doing good. Colston of course is growing like a weed. He is not just getting chubbier, he is getting longer and longer. Poor guy has long arms so none of his shirts are long enough in the arms. Hopefully he will be a tall basketball player or something. Zoey can't decide if she wants to be a cheerleader or a baseball player when she grows up. It changes every day. I guess she could do both.
Okay, so here is a question. I feel bad for asking this but I have to know if any of you moms out there with two kids felt really annoyed by your first child after the second one came along. It seems like Zoey turns into a little stinker as soon as Colston wakes up or needs any of my attention. She is more whiney than she has been in a long time and I sometimes I just feel like shutting her in her bedroom! I feel bad, but she has got to stop being so crazy! Any suggestions?

Ready for Church
I wanted to post these pics because Colston looks so handsome all dressed up for church. I couldn't believe this outfit already fits him. He looks like a big boy. Just thought I would share with you all. Isn't he so cute?

Nice Bum, Where You From???
I hope this doesn't affend anyone....but Zoey has been potty training and I never put anything on her while we are at home. Thankfully she has done very well and has not had any accidents. She has pretty much been potty trained for a long time but since colston has been born she wants to where a diaper. Anyhow, the other day she was playing and wanted to put on her sparkly shoes. When I came in the front room room she was standing there with her shopping cart watching Spongebob and swaying back and forth. It was pretty funny. I had to get a picture. Lovely outfit dont you think!?? She is quite the character.

Pumpkin Time
The other day we painted pumpkins for family night. Earlier that day Zoey had fallen asleep on the couch and Colston was sleeping in his swing. YES! They were both sleeping at the same time for the first time. Although it didn't last long, Colston was awake to eat before I knew it. But it was nice while it lasted. Below are the pics of Zoey painting her pumpkin. She was very excited about the whole thing.

Birthday
So, I turned 29 on the 11th. Yikes! I am one year closer to 30! Crazy. Anyway, we had a good day. It is funny, birthdays just aren't the same anymore. They really just seem like any other day. We went shopping during the day because I have absolutely NOTHING to wear these days. I am really hoping I will get back to my old shape, although I know that is wishful thinking. I probably won't be able to squeeze into my favorite jeans anytime soon. Oh well. I will keep working on it, or at least I will start working on it. We then went to dinner at Chilis because I was wanting some fajitas. Very yummy. Both kids were actually really good the entire day. I was very surprised and glad. We then went to my parents house the next day for dinner and some yummy icecream cake from Basking Robbins. Below you will find pics of the cake, which sweet little Zoey picked out for me.
And here is Colston with my mom's dog Chopper. He is getting so big. I will post more pics later on everything else we have been up to. I can't believe it has been 6 weeks already. Crazy!
